You're into new technologies?

You wish you
were involved in an international humanitarian project?

 

  Be part of Challenge Humanitech 2010,
the first ever student contest of humanitarian invention !

 

Step 1: set up a team of 4 to 6 students.

Our advice: involve students from different
backgrounds (management, sciences, art studies, ...) to help you develop a more relevant project.

Step 2: choose one of the following categories:
• Sustainable Development / Logistic
• Telecommunications and Networks
• Web

Step 3: send us a brief presentation of your team and your project before March 24th April 7th 2010.

 

Selection results will be released on March 29th 2010. in early April.

 

The presentation form of your project must be handed in after the Working Day, on the morning of May 28th. In less than 10 pages, you will have to develop your proposal following:

 

  • the context 
  • the objectives
  • the potential targets
  • the technical development 
  • the budget evaluation 
  • the feasibility study  

You will not be asked to effectivly create your project.

 

The projects should respond to the following criteria:

 

  • utility
  • innovation
  • feasibility
  • economic viability 
  •  

On May 28th 2010, during the Final organized at La Cantine, you will have 10 minutes to present your concept to the jury.

 

Presided by Nicole Guedj, former French Minister and President of the Red Helmets Foundation, the jury will be composed of researchers, public institution representatives, NGO members, start-up's and major technological companies' leaders. 

 

The laureates will receive a 5 000 euro check and a  personalised coaching.
